You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the jilio registration process and must keep that information updated at all times. Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilio account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time PIN codes received via SMS. You agree to immediately notify jilio's support team at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. jilio will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account where such use results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
jilio reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where jilio reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any conduct that jilio determines to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or other users.
jilio currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, BPI, BDO, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Available payment methods are subject to change; the current list is displayed on the Platform at the time of transaction.

Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. jilio's aggregate liability to any Member arising from or related to a specific incident shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Member to the Platform in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits jilio's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the jilio Platform shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may submit the matter to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Members may also raise complaints through jilio's customer support channel. jilio commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours and providing a substantive response within seven (7) business days.
jilio reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to Members via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the changes, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
